The attire for Live In The Vineyard Goes Country is business/winery casual. Check out some of our previous events to get a sense of “the vibe” if you have not attended before. Please note the Welcome Reception, Artist In The Round Tailgate, and Send Off Brunch are outdoors.
YOU MUST WEAR YOUR CREDENTIAL AT ALL TIMES FOR ACCESS INTO EVERY EVENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shuttle pick up times are from the front of the Marriott as indicated on your itinerary. Shuttle return will drop off at the Marriott after the events.
Be sure to check out of your hotel prior to the brunch on Thursday, or inquire about late check-out (at your expense).
LITVGC reserves the right to make necessary changes due to weather, timing (etc). You will be notified if changes are made.

NOTE: If you miss credential pick-up, please see the registration table at the Welcome Reception and note that there is NO PARKING at the first event. Please take shuttles provided leaving at 3:30pm. If you miss the shuttle, you will need to Uber/Lyft to the event at your own expense.

Enjoy amazing REGUSCI Wines and delicious bites at this historic winery, all while soaking up the incredible view that serves as a backdrop to our kick-off event for Live In The Vineyard Goes Country! Performances by Walker Hayes, LANCO and Brad Paisley.
There is NO Event parking at this location. Please utilize the 'SHUTTLE PICK UP LOCATION' provided departing at 3:30PM SHARP. Shuttle will be available to take you to the hotel after this event.

Our Artist In The Round Tailgate event will be hosted at Round Pond Estate Winery in their beautiful “Red Barn.” It’s sure to be an afternoon of savoring their premium wines, enjoying great food and celebrating an In The Round with performances by Caylee Hammack, Ingrid Andress, Hardy and Chris Lane!
Wine Sales/Ordering available with percentage of proceeds going to our charity partner Musicians On Call. Wine Club sign ups also available.

We encourage you to explore Napa and the many amazing restaurants it has to offer and get a bite to eat before headed to the Uptown Theatre. There will however be wine and food available to purchase at the Theatre’s bar and cafe. Enjoy incredible performances by Michael Ray, Cody Johnson, Brothers Osborne and Little Big Town!
Shuttle provided to take you to the UPTOWN THEATRE at 6:00PM
Rotating Shuttle will be available to take you to the Marriott after the event.

Finish the week off with a beautiful brunch at JaM Cellars Ballroom - Blue Note Napa. Enjoy great food, delicious wines and fantastic music by Gone West, Morgan Evans, and Scotty McCreery.
Event parking is available at this location and on the street if you are headed out of town from this event, otherwise please utilize the 'SHUTTLE PICK UP LOCATION' provided if needed departing at 9:45AM SHARP. Shuttle will be available to take you to the hotel after the event.
